Loryn did the flowers for my wedding!! She did my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, the boutonnières for my husband and his groomsmen, a flower crown for me and for my flower girls, two large arrangements, little bud vases for the reception tables, and I'm sure more that I've forgotten. I'm very picky about boutonnières haha and they turned out so good! And everything looked like the Pinterest photos I showed her but somehow better :) She was the absolute best to work with and very communicative about price, timeline, etc., and so so many people complimented me on the flowers and how well they fit the venue. They really made me feel like a princess! If I ever need a bouquet for any reason I will 100% be using Castleberry floral again!!
Loryn was so kind and helpful for my bridal bouquet! She was kind, trustworthy, and immediately helped me feel comfortable. I was doing flowers on a budget so we did most of the arrangements ourselves, but I wanted to make sure my bouquet was perfect. She was knowledgeable and made sure to understand my vision perfectly by asking the right questions. I don't know much about flowers but she was able to make my bouquet perfect. She was even willing to travel to my venue to drop the bouquet off herself. She even sent me a video the night before to show me what it looked like and how to handle it. Wedding flowers are the one thing at your wedding that has to be alive on the day and cannot be made early. We build each piece to your colours and your venue, then deliver and set it up so it is in place before you arrive. Most Utah County couples book us three to six months out, and the popular dates go first.

Meet Loryn
Castleberry Floral is Loryn Castleberry's studio on 500 North in Provo. She has been making wedding florals for 8 years, and she got married herself this summer, so the months of planning before a wedding are fresh rather than theoretical.
Away from the studio she is on the water whenever she can be, with Lake Powell the standing favourite, relearning the piano, and outnumbered by two dogs.
Flowers are cut fresh daily and arranged to order, never pulled from a cooler of pre-made bouquets. Loryn quotes every wedding in writing before you commit, delivers and sets up at the venue, and sends a video of your bouquet the night before so you know exactly what is arriving.

Common Questions
How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
Three to six months for a wedding. That gives us time to hold your date and source the specific blooms you want rather than substituting whatever is available that week. Popular Saturdays in Utah County book out first. For everyday arrangements, 24 to 48 hours is usually enough.
How much do wedding flowers cost?
It depends on the stem count, which blooms you choose, and how much of the venue you want covered. A bridal bouquet and six centerpieces is a very different number from a full ceremony arch and twenty tables. We quote every wedding in writing after we talk through your colours, venue and date, so you see the whole figure before committing to anything.
Do you deliver and set up, or do I pick the flowers up?
Either. We deliver across Utah County and set the arrangements up at your venue, which is what we would suggest so nobody in the family is handling flowers on the morning of the wedding. Pickup from the Provo studio is available if you would rather handle it yourself.
Can I get flowers the same day?
Yes, on orders placed before noon and subject to availability. Same-day is for everyday arrangements rather than weddings, since a wedding needs its blooms ordered in ahead of time.
What if a flower I picked is not available on my date?
We tell you before the day, not on it. Some blooms are seasonal and some depend on what the growers ship that week, so when something is not available we come back with a substitute in the same colour and shape and get your sign-off first.
Which cities do you deliver to?
Provo, Orem, Lindon, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Mapleton and Springville. Wedding delivery is free anywhere in Utah County. If your venue sits outside the county we still travel to it, and the delivery is quoted with the rest of your proposal so there is no surprise on the invoice.
