What we collect

If you fill in a form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address, event date and message you type into it. If you call, text or email us, we have whatever you choose to tell us. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to prepare a written proposal, and to fulfil an order if you place one. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not directly involved in getting your flowers made and delivered.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and order records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them, including for returning customers. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Pages that embed a Google Map load content from Google, and Google may set its own cookies when that happens. That is the map provider doing it rather than us, and it applies only on pages that show a map.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Google Maps is embedded on some pages. Where we link out to our Google Business Profile or to Instagram, those services have their own privacy policies and this one does not cover them.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call, text or email and we will handle it. There is no account to log into here, and nothing to unsubscribe from unless you have asked us to keep you posted.
