When you need delivery and setup

Any time your flower order is bigger than what one person can carry in one trip, which in practice is almost every wedding. Centerpieces are the usual tipping point: twenty tables means twenty arrangements that each have to be carried, placed and levelled.

It also matters when the ceremony and reception are in different places, or when your ceremony pieces have to be assembled where they stand. Those cannot simply be dropped off.

How delivery and setup works

We agree a delivery window against your venue access time, not against a guess. Loryn drives the flowers over and places them herself, which for smaller orders has meant taking a single bouquet to a venue rather than making the couple collect it.

On site, centerpieces are placed and levelled, ceremony pieces are assembled and positioned, and personal flowers are handed to the right people. If a ceremony arrangement can be moved to the reception afterwards, we will tell you and arrange it.

What delivery costs in Utah County

For weddings, delivery anywhere in Utah County is free. That covers Provo, Orem, Lindon, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Mapleton and Springville.

For venues outside Utah County we still travel, and the delivery is quoted with the rest of your proposal so it appears on the written figure rather than on the invoice at the end.

What setup actually involves

A wedding flower order is rarely one delivery. The bouquet and personal flowers usually need to reach the couple while they are getting ready, which is often a different address and a much earlier hour than the reception. Ceremony pieces have to be placed once the venue is set but before guests arrive, and centerpieces cannot go down until the tables are dressed. That is three separate timings on one day, and they all have to line up with whatever access window your venue gives you.

We plan those windows with you rather than assuming them, because venues differ enormously on when they will let anyone in. Where a ceremony arrangement can be moved to the reception afterwards, we will say so and handle the move, which turns one arrangement into two placements instead of doubling the order.
