When you need wedding centerpieces

As soon as you have a venue and a rough table count. The count moves right up until the final week, which is normal and easy to work with, but the style and the blooms need locking in three to six months out so the flowers can be ordered in.

Table shape matters more than couples expect. Long banquet tables want a low garland or a run of bud vases; round tables want a single arrangement that people can see over. We will tell you which your room needs rather than selling you the bigger option.

Our centerpiece process

We start from the room: how many tables, what shape, what the linens are doing, and whether the venue already has candles or greenery in play. From there you get a written proposal with the arrangement style, the blooms, the per-table price and the total.

On the day, we deliver and set up. Centerpieces are the single most tedious thing to place yourself, and doing it means somebody in your family is carrying vases of water across a reception hall in wedding clothes. We would rather that were us. One couple had us do two large arrangements plus little bud vases down the reception tables, and told us afterwards that guests kept commenting on how well the flowers fitted the venue.

What wedding centerpieces cost in Provo

Centerpieces are priced per table, so the total is driven by your table count as much as by the arrangement itself. Six tables with a low seasonal arrangement and twenty tables with a footed compote of imported blooms sit at very different ends.

Because the count is the biggest lever, we quote a per-table figure and a total in writing, and adjust the total when your final numbers land. There is no charge for revising the count.
