Quotes and proposals
Quotes are free. A written proposal sets out the blooms, colours, sizing and price for your date, and it is what we work to. Prices are based on what is available and current at the time of quoting. If something changes materially before you accept, we will tell you rather than absorb it quietly or surprise you later.
Booking your date
Wedding dates are held once you accept a proposal. We recommend booking three to six months ahead, because popular Saturdays in Utah County fill first, and the closer you get to a date the more your order is shaped by what is available rather than by what you asked for.
Substitutions
Flowers are a seasonal, living product and availability moves week to week. If a bloom you chose cannot be sourced for your date, we will come back with a substitute in the same colour and shape and get your agreement before proceeding. We will tell you before the day, not on it.
Delivery and setup
Wedding delivery within Utah County is free. Outside the county we still travel, and the delivery is quoted on your proposal. Delivery windows are agreed against the access time your venue gives us. Where a venue changes its access arrangements at short notice we will do what we can, but we cannot place flowers in a room we are not allowed into.
For everyday orders, same-day delivery is available on orders placed before noon, subject to availability.
Changes and cancellations
Table counts and wedding party numbers move, and adjusting them is normal and free. Larger changes close to your date may not be possible once flowers have been ordered in specifically for you. Talk to us as early as you can and we will tell you honestly what is still changeable.
Care of your flowers
Fresh flowers are perishable, and how long they last depends on how they are kept after we hand them over. Heat, direct sun and time out of water all shorten it. We will tell you how to look after your arrangements, and for bridal bouquets we send a video the night before showing exactly how to handle yours. Once flowers have left our care we cannot be responsible for how they are stored or transported by others.
If something is wrong
If what arrives is not what your proposal describes, tell us and we will make it right. Raise it as soon as you can, on the day if possible, because with a perishable product there is very little that can be done about it a week later.
Photography
We may photograph our own work for our portfolio and social media. If you would rather we did not photograph your flowers, or did not share them, say so and we will not.
