Provo is where we work. The studio sits on 500 North, a few minutes from University Avenue, which means Provo weddings get the shortest journey between the bench where a bouquet is built and the moment somebody carries it down an aisle. On a hot July afternoon that difference is not sentimental. Less time in a vehicle is more time the flowers spend looking the way they are supposed to.

Provo runs a concentrated wedding calendar. A large student population and the rhythm of the academic year push an enormous number of weddings into a handful of months, and the popular Saturdays go a long way in advance. Booking three to six months out is not us being cautious; it is what the calendar here actually demands.
The city also covers a lot of ground in terms of setting. A ceremony near the mouth of Provo Canyon is a different job from a reception downtown, and both are different from an outdoor ceremony toward Utah Lake, where there is more wind and less shelter than couples expect. Knowing which of those you are dealing with changes the blooms we recommend and when we place them.

Wedding delivery in Provo is free, as it is anywhere in Utah County. Because we are in the city, we can generally work to tighter access windows here than we can further out, which matters when a venue will only let anyone in an hour before guests arrive.
For everyday arrangements, same-day delivery is available on orders placed before noon, subject to availability. Collection from the studio is always an option too.

Loryn did the flowers for my wedding!! She did my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, the boutonnières for my husband and his groomsmen, a flower crown for me and for my flower girls, two large arrangements, little bud vases for the reception tables, and I'm sure more that I've forgotten. I'm very picky about boutonnières haha and they turned out so good! And everything looked like the Pinterest photos I showed her but somehow better :) She was the absolute best to work with and very communicative about price, timeline, etc., and so so many people complimented me on the flowers and how well they fit the venue. They really made me feel like a princess! If I ever need a bouquet for any reason I will 100% be using Castleberry floral again!!
Loryn was so kind and helpful for my bridal bouquet! She was kind, trustworthy, and immediately helped me feel comfortable. I was doing flowers on a budget so we did most of the arrangements ourselves, but I wanted to make sure my bouquet was perfect. She was knowledgeable and made sure to understand my vision perfectly by asking the right questions. I don't know much about flowers but she was able to make my bouquet perfect. She was even willing to travel to my venue to drop the bouquet off herself. She even sent me a video the night before to show me what it looked like and how to handle it.
